“Coaching with Milind has been a phenomenally powerful experience for me.
I began coaching because I was struggling with problems of discipline and motivation in my day to day life. There were a lot of goals that I wanted to accomplish in life, but I was struggling to implement the kind of lifestyle that would be conducive to those goals. For example, I needed to transition from a late-riser to an early-riser, from sedentary to active, etc. Along the way, we would also deal with several special topics ranging from career goals to marriage plans!
Being a bit of a productivity geek myself, I’ve dived into various productivity concepts, frameworks and techniques (such as GTD, inbox zero, the power of rituals and habits, etc.) and was pleased to discover that Milind is very comfortable discussing any of these topics, adding new insights & examples and coaching me through my challenges with any of these techniques.
On the other end of the spectrum, there’s also the raw human touch. Sometimes I would go to him with problems which are completely unrelated to productivity (such as advice on friendships, relationships and how to think about marriage) and he coaches me through these problems just as well.
Milind is extremely responsive to feedback, and will tailor the coaching experience to your specific requirements. Need advice? He’s got you covered. Not interested in advice, but just want pure coaching? He’s got you covered there too. I have altered my coaching requirements several times — both in terms of the frequency as well as the nature of the coaching, and he has always been extremely responsive to my requirements. I have also requested him to try out things which he has never tried before, such as daily coaching check-ins, which he was happy to accommodate.
By the end of the initial twelve week engagement, there was no doubt in my mind about whether I should continue. Without any hesitation I decided to sign up for another year of coaching. And I’m now renewing for another year!”
